Dear NW Siding,

SUBJECT: SIDING PROJECT 17420 SW 110TH AVE, TUALATIN

I would like to thank and commend your [sic] for your companies [sic] level of professionalism and detail in completing our recent siding replacement. The thought of having to replace our old LP siding has been haunting my husband and I for some time. We thought the process owuld be long and messy and often doubted if the process was even worth the expense. I have dealt with many contrators and businessses and would have to say this has been, hands down the most enjoyable process I ever experienced. Each night the exterior of my home was cleaned as though there was no contruction going on at all. The only angst was at the color choice I had to make (smile). The siding, the paint, it all turned out beautifully and it is a joy to come home at night.

You definitely lived up to the promises on your website. Although, I believe you ought to highlight, bold or underline conscientious and courteous.

BTW... The painters were fantastic!!!!! Two-thumbs up.

Enclosed is a check for the balance we owe for the resent [sic] removal of LP siding and replacement with Rustic Hardiplank siding, plus painting, at our Beaverton residence. If you ever need a recommendation or testimonial on the good job your crew did please contact me. It appears we got an outstanding job plus the weather cooperated even though it was so late into the year. I was impressed with the work and feel we got a great price. I checked with several other companies that quoted a higher price and they were not on the Hardiplank recommended installer list like NW Siding Contractors.
