The Complete Siding Replacement Process

1. Remove the existing siding and all of the necessary corner boards, fencing, and fixtures.

2. Immediate cleanup and disposal of the defective siding from the work site.

3. Install new flashing and vapor barrier where necessary while checking for dry rot.

4. Install siding per manufactures specifications while removing all generated debris daily.

5. Paint the exterior body and trim of the home with Sherwin Williams A-100 15 year paint. The colors will need to be selected by the homeowner. All the doors will be an additional charge to paint. Deck rails and specialty trim can be painted for an extra charge.

6. Reinstall all previously removed fixtures and fencing.

7. Clean the work area to leave your yard the way we found it.
